  • Technical support is available at no charge for the first 30 days on all Single User and Network Versions of Checkwriter. Please call 617-859-8998 between 9am - 5pm EST (M - F). Be sure you have registered your Checkwriter Software before contacting support.
  • If you purchased your software through Strategic Thinktank, Inc. your order number is 9395.
  • After 30 days, and for the life of the release of your software, email and fax support are available for free.
  • FREE Online technical support is available by Clicking Here
  • Beyond the first 30 days, there is a per-incident fee for phone support for Checkwriter Single User and Network Versions.
  • Technical support response time via phone/fax or email is within 24 hours (M - F).

  • CheckWriter™ telephone support is available at no charge for the first 30 days if you purchased the software through Strategic Thinktank, Inc.
  • After 30 days, any form of technical support is on a "pay per call" basis.
  • Telephone/Email/Fax Support after 30 days will bill at the $45 base rate up to the first 30 minutes and $90 per hour thereafter.
  • All forms of support are available during administrative office hours and are payable in advance via credit card. Call 888-209-8011 x201, 9am - 5pm EST(M - F), except holidays.
  • Technical support response time via phone/fax or email s within 4 hours during business hours or within 24 hours after hours.

Technical support for ChekFaxx™ software
  • Effective January 1, 2006, ChekFaxx™software technical support is no longer available through the software distributor, Strategic Thinktank, Inc.
  • ChekFaxx™ software technical support requests must be directed to the manufacturer (ChekFaxx) and are on a pay per incident basis.
  • Software upgrades are available through Strategic Thinktank, Inc. Upgrade cost includes training.

  • Effective January 1, 2004, Technical support for Strategic 3.0 software is no longer available through the software distributor, Strategic Thinktank, Inc.
  • Strategic 3.0 software operates off a Windows 95 platform that is no longer supported by Microsoft.
  • An upgrade to your software is strongly recommended at this time.
